What To Bring		 Nestled amongst the trees, on a quiet crescent, our cottage is the ideal location to get away and relax. The beach is just down a nearby laneway or you can enjoy the outdoors under the covered patio. With 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms in the basement (with large windows!), this cottage is perfect for large families, two couples, a family reunion or perhaps a book club retreat. Available year-round, you can even spend Thanksgiving or Christmas at the cottage.

We are making lots of changes to improve your rental experience. With freshly painted rooms, a finished basement, and other renovations and improvements this is definitely not the same cottage! We recently added a 3 piece bathroom in the basement, new bathtub in main washroom, new patio doors in kitchen, exterior painted and new garage door. NEW for 2013 - wood floors in living room / main hallway and a gas fireplace in the living room. Quality, New Mattresses!

Quick Reference

- Stays are Saturday to Saturday
- Check IN Time is  2pm & Check OUT is 11am.
- Maximum Occupancy of 8 people
- a short walk to Southcott’s private beach (Spruce Lane)
- Sheets, pillows and blankets supplied.
- Towels and face-cloths are not provided but can be rented for $50 per week.
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
- 4 large bedrooms -  2-queen, 1-double &  1-2 twins.
- Two and half baths
- Large treed lot 100’ x 150’ deep.
- 42" Flat Screen TV and DVD player
- Central Air 
- Large covered patio in back with patio furniture
- Gas BBQ 
- This cottage does not have a phone so bring your cell phone with you.
- There is no washing machine or dryer - closest Laundromat is beside Best's. 

Summer Dates Available:

June 29 to July 6

All other dates in July and August are booked.

Rates: 

 $1,500 per week  for Peak Season (end of June, July and August)

Off Season - $700 per week

Off Season - Weekend Rates:
- $300 for one night
- $400 for two nights
- $500 for three nights
This cottage is not available on Victoria Day weekend.

  • A deposit must accompany your application form in order to hold the cottage for you. ($200 x # of weeks rented - ie. if you are renting for 2 weeks, a $400 deposit is required.)
  • $100 discount for booking 2 weeks, $200 discount for booking 3 weeks during Peak Season only.
  •  Weekend bookings are only available in Off Season.
  • Monthly rates available during Off Season.

Mature Adults and Families only, no smoking and no pets. We do not rent to student groups.
